This policy is applicable only to visa applications made through Ghumakkad Trip.
Refunds are limited to the visa application service fee and visa fee only. It does not cover flight bookings, hotel reservations, forex, holiday packages, or any other travel-related expenses.
The policy covers visa rejections before the travel date only. Delays in visa processing are not covered.
Users must submit required claim documents within 72 hours of visa rejection. Documents must include the official visa rejection letter, dated on or before the planned departure date.
Rejection letters dated after the intended departure date will not be accepted.
Claims submitted more than 3 days after the travel start date will not be processed.
In group applications, claims will be honored only for individuals whose visas were rejected.
Refund processing will be completed within 7 business days of valid document submission.
This policy is applicable only to e-Visa rejections.
Visa delays or processing time issues
Transit visa rejections
Trip cancellations due to airline flight cancellations or force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
Applicant’s voluntary trip cancellation or no-show
Legal issues, bans, or detentions
Bulk applications or agent bookings
Claims reported late (after 72 hours) from visa rejection or 3 days after travel start
Government-imposed restrictions, war, riots, terrorism, or nuclear incidents
Bankruptcy of any associated travel provider
Disputed cancellations or cybersecurity issues
This policy is subject to Ghumakkad Trip’s User Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
Bookings made by travel agents on behalf of customers are not eligible for this policy.
Ghumakkad Trip reserves the right to modify, change, or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice.
The interpretation of the policy lies solely with Ghumakkad Trip.
Any misuse or fraudulent claims may lead to denial of claims and cancellation of benefits.
All disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
